guys, i just got a mail from saotome & principe for the grant

guys i just got a mail from Sao Tome & Principe saying i was shortlisted for the scholarship/study grant. i dont know if it's our brothers at work or a real mail form the right source... pls if anyone has gotten a similar mail, kindly advice as such... thanks...

if its d 1000 dollars scholarship grant for msc student , then i dont think its a scam, but u cant still tell, just play along and once u are being asked to pay a kobo, then i guess u know wat 2 do
