@Biger boy, u need to weigh d GE opportunity & ur current job 2 decide if d risk is worth takin. For me i'll risk my current job 4 GE if called 4 d 3rd stage.
I saw d mail d last day(fri 22nd) & i replied it immediately. I hadly av time dis days 2 check my mails despite dat my office is 24/7 online, i need a beta job.

@tunwumi, did u receive and replied to any questionaire before receiving the above email?
@Tunwumi, the reply u got is different frm this precent recruitment. Ur got this mail for trainee mechanical whereas this particular one is for early career development program. GE has different openings this period, maybe u were replied for trainee engineer u applied for. Nevertheless if u applied for ECDP just expect that u can still be called, but d mail u got indicate ur application could not scale through for dat position. Take Care

Very good thinking. I just checked my GE status and the status hasn't changed since I submitted the app - it says resume submitted but not yet reviewed. This indicates to me all the shortlisting and mails sef so far have been computerised. I doubt the recruitment team have physically gone through the individual applications. But still, everyone should by all means put in his best, I would advise into every stage.Quote:

Hello all i also got the new mail, these questions are personality based questions. so nobody knows the right answers. its just your view you share. I pray it works out well for all of us
helow hopefuls, pls is this program for first, second or third degree holders. I saw from GE website that there is masters and MBA and also undergraduate. But this African Leadership program only says graduate.

guys who have done the questioniare. please is it a one time thing, as in when u start u hav to finish it or can u start and come back and finish later, coz my internet is knda eratic at the moment and i dont want to get interupted at the middle of it.
also how many minutes approx do u think it will take so that i find the best time to do it.
