Topic: GE sending emails for next stage!

I don't think you should down play the people that have gotten invites. I sent my response to the survey on thursday 4th at 8pm. So hopefully mine is still coming. The people that have gotten invites; how early did you send your response to the survey??

Are the people who are "supposedly"receiving emails for interviews, how come we are not able to see a draft of what the email looks like, and is this still for the ECDP job or for some other job posting, just wanted to know is all, take care folks...

i dont thnk u should doubt me or the other guy who got the mail coz why would we lie? the reason i said ge might be batches is that so far i dont think GE is into all this jaga jaga recruitment process it seems they take their time to do a thorough job, their process seems simmilar worldwide from my research the slight diff from ours is that we didnt get a phone interview bu who knows others might get phone calls..... I got the mail at about 6pm yesterday. I submitted my questioniare the same day it was sent to me (on monday was it)

Details from those claiming to have received invitation for interview/assessment are still sketchy. Provided below is a link from Linkedin(GE Africa career group) where GE HR personnel disseminate information about ECDP and what is going on at moment . At least the last information from him as at 16hours ago is as follows ''We are reviewing responses to the questionnaire, you will be contacted soon, so hopefully in the next few weeks, all of us will receive our own invitation . Please folks remain calm, no need to activate your panic button(if any),believe God that you will make to the next stage.
I will advice you to join linkedin, there are lots of info there (professionally and job related).

@presidosam i want to be very sure if u did not get the second questionnaire does it mean you are not considered even if you got the submission in process mail. i tried asking on linkedin but he neva responded and to me that his reply on linkedin looks rather vague bcos reviewing responses to the questionnaires does it include those that responded only to the first one in addition to those that answered both questionnaires. pls house i need clarification

I am kinda confused by this 2 questionaire process, I received the 1st questionaire only and my homeboy received the second questionaire but didn't receive the 1st questionaire, but we applied for different positions, I applied 4 the ECDP while he applied 4 the Talent Acquisition position, or are people getting both quetionaires, this forum is confusing me, but funny enough not of us got an invitation for an assessment, so my question is " WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON"

I really don't think you guys should crucify those that got an assessment invite. Most companies do not conduct interviews the same day. And there's every possiblility that those who got the assessment invite submitted their responses the same day they got the mail. Lets just wait and see what happens in the next few weeks.
