Hello noble members of the house,i recieved a mail from GE as regards the above subject with reference to an application we did about 2 months,that I was shortlisted for the next stage and i should ans.some questions before 22nd of July,please has anyone else been shortlisted and can we also get hints on what to expect,how many stages and what each stage entails,thanks

I recieved d same mail ds morning bt seems a bit confused. Aint we gonna write aptitude test? Or is the recruitment process different frm d conventional one? Maybe reading the program details wil help a bit. All the best!!!

This is an entry level "job". Its not a training in the same sense as being in training school. Other companies do this kind of things too. Like Diageo and Unilever. Its a full job, though its also going to be training because the people in it do not have any previous experience. For those who have jobs already, dont quit now ooooooooo. Wait till you get an employment letter,PLS. And I wonder how we have started looking for relocation allowance when you have not even done a test or interview. Na wa ooo. Well, after shortlisting, expect the normal things to happen e.g aptitude or any type of test, interviews etc. No body is going to employ you because you fillied in a questionaire. That questionaire could just be a way to see if you are still interested in the job,it could be something they hope to use later during interview to quiz you, it could be a way to test your ability to express yourself,it may be to confirm your email or to confirm if you were the person who initially applied to the job.
In any case, we should not jump the gun. Wait and see what happens next.

Same here, I got the mail too. Please, let us start thinking towards the way forward, maybe discussing their test formats and so on.

I got a mail as well. I received the first mail on the stage one and then they sent a mail recently on being successful and moving on to stage 2, which also had some questions. So I am waiting for feedback on the stage 2. Anyone like that also? Please let's know if they've given feedback on the second stage of the shortlisting process. Thanks.
