Job Description
A reputable company requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
Co-ordinates & Manage Field Operations activities (Implementation & Risk) for all Fibre Implementation Projects in line with client's specification.
Co-ordinates & Manage Field Operations activities for all Fibre Maintenance Projects in line with client's specification.
Manage all Activities of all Regional Managers Project Supervisor's as its affects Project Deliverables.
Manage Project within stipulated Budget/Cost and close out at the client's agreed time line.
Synchronize with the Project Procurement for a seamless bidding & Response to all Technical RFQ/RFP/RFI.
Research into new area of operations in Fibre Technology that can give competitive edge to the company.
Integrate all Support department vis a vis PMO, Design Team, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Cost control, Accounts & CLO into plan to ensure deadlines are met to Customer's Satisfaction.
Enforce & Implement Quality Through All Regional Managers to Customer Satisfaction.
Produce a Weekly Operations Report to Client and present at weekly project performance meeting with client.
Produce a Monthly Quality report & project timeline variance (Plan against actual) with recovery plan to Management.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
First degree in Electrical Electronics/ Computer Science/Physics Electronics.
MBA/MSC or PMP (Added advantage).
Minimum of 5 years related experience of which 3 must be in a managerial position.
Demonstrates achievement and recognition in fibre optics implementation and operations projects.
Project management experience and knowledge of commercial project scoping.
