Job Description
Our client is a limited liability company incorporated under the company and allied matters decree 1990 on 1st November 1994 and commenced business on the 1st of December 1994. The company was established to meet the need for genuine furniture in the Nigerian market at a time when there was a dearth of such in the market and gave birth to what has now become a pioneer and household name in high quality furniture, going into full hard furnishing and accessories as a retail outlet for world class furniture, sourcing the best that is available in the local and international markets.
We seek to recruit a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary support personnel to the Managing Director to achieve the business objectives
Provide executive support on matters relating to the MD’s chief obligations and mandates
Coordinate the MD’s schedules including internal and outside obligations
Arrange meetings and conferences, handling communication and travel arrangements, and processing related functions and documentations
Coordinate and prioritise the MD’s daily appointments and business obligations
Work efficiently with the Personal Assistant who provides support for the MD
Come up with ideas that will streamline work and identify incidents that require immediate attention in the organization
Perform other related functions delegated or assigned in the capacity of an executive assistant

Qualifications and Requirements:
A good Degree in any relevant field
2-3 years experience
Must execute role with efficiency and effectiveness
Must possess good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
Must possess excellent Microsoft Office Package skills
Must possess excellent organization and multitasking skills, with attention to details
