Etisalat Nigeria is recruiting to fill the below position of:

Job Title: Analyst Devices and Channel Support;

Location: Lagos,NG

Job Summary
Deliver end-to-end testing, customization and channel support for all devices launched on the Etisalat network

Principal Functions

• Generate reports and other documentation related to devices
• Assist in resolving sales service/ support for all devices to improve customer/ user experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager-Devices & Mobile Applications
• Test devices to ensure functions are compatible with the Etisalat network prior to launch
• Ensure availability of devices and market acceptance through constant monitoring and following up with relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with all internal stakeholders and customers on all device-related issues and provide support to the channels

Educational Requirements

• First degree in Engineering, IT or related disciplines

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• One (1) year post-NYSC work experience
