i suspect sth wit dis coy. I called d no in d txt msg dat was sent 2 me requesting 4 d dreg009 form. D man replied by saying dat it was sent 2 my home address a wk ago. Wen i told him if anoda 1 cud b sent, he said i wud b d 1 to pay 4 d courier service. He even said i shud cal later 2 knw d cost. Any1 wit similar observatn?
