Energy Firm based in Lagos Nigeria needs an Office Manager .The individual most be hard-working, a quick -learner with excellent communication skills.



Duties
.Managing the office and site to ensure proper usuage of infastructure and
provide necessary support to staffs as needed.


.Office and Site equipments administration.


.Proper documentation handling and management


.Staff housing managment and administration.


.Company Assests Management.


.Laison with HR personnel and other staffs for the smooth running of
activities in the office and sites.


.Purchasing activities management


.Service Provider Contract Management related to the office needs


.Other duties as allocated by management.








Minimum Education





BSC degree.
