Responsibilities:
Estimating costs and risk.
Reporting and optimization.
Application of technology and innovation in directional drilling, mud systems, casing and drill string design and completions.
Supervising drilling, completion and workover operations.
Managing the logistics and reporting of operations.
Working with resource teams, geologists, production and service company personnel to ensure detailed, safe, efficient Drilling/Completion/Workover program and operations.
Ensure that the drilling contractor and service personnel deliver the highest quality performance and technical integrity of the wells during the execution phase.
Coaching, development and supervision of younger engineers.
Follow the management of change procedure and report any deviations to the program and/or non-planned events.

Qualification/Experience:
Well planning & Engineering.
Remote Rig operations management.
Wellsite supervision.
Graduate degree in Engineering.
