DPR Job - A fluke

Unemployment! oh unemployment! Nigerian youths has lost their discerning minds because of you. They want falsehood to become truth so that things can move. Govt has to do something.

I assure fellow members of this great board that DPR will advertise but for now the peddling adv is a fluke. If you check well the the heading of the adv which was attached was the heading of the home page DPR website, cutted and pasted. friends get educated, be IT compliant!!!!

Perhaps it another agency but not DPR. It can be a better organisation but definitely not DPR.

I challenge anyone who said he called top shots in DPR who confirm the adv is of DPR to mention who or the position of who he called. DPR is not the only Regulatory body, take note!!

Anyway if you know the formation of DPR and policies guiding it you would understand they can't advertise for job vacancies in non-transparent way. They may use recruiters but must make it clear it's DPR and it most be as such in national dailies.

Go ahead, apply. May be someone is testing his newly designed website or other agency is about to recruit but not DPR.

I rest my case.

I have said nothing foolish. The people using the foul and abusive words against my humble submission tends to have skeleton in their cupboard; and may be members of the adv scammers. They are frustrated and angry that I might have cut them in their trick and expose them.

You may wish to know, I am a master degree holder in an engineering disciple and has a job where I am paid in hard currency. I am not boasting, God knows I am not.

If the scammers/the abusive respondents are wise and sincere they should have counter the issues of DPR website home page, DPR formation and employment policy I mentioned.

i really dont think d advert was from scammers but i also dont believe its DPR recruiting. like d poster said, i think its another regulatory agency dats recruiting.... just expressing my thoughts, no insults pls.

@ Vickoola. I now feel tempted to insult you though i initially felt sorry for you. What are you doing in Naijahotjobs when you are paid in foreign currency. I guess after conversion your salary wont be more than #20k. Its an empty boast so shut the up!

Everyone has d right to his or her opinion. @vickoola u shudnt have made dat second post. We all aspire to achieve good things. Yes u have a masters degree' yes you are paid in hard currency.. These doesnt make u d most educated and most highly paid.considering the portion u talked about scammers, i disagree with u. But d part of it not being DPR advertising is a possibility. House members please!!! We should stop d use of offensive languages. U guys are making a mockery of not only urselves but the entire country. Thanks to this house; I have had info from this board that helped me, relatives or friends. Sorry if I have gone personal but I raised serious issue for the good of the house. I posted my opinion on a well based knowledge of reality; and what I said is that probably it might be another agency but definitely not DPR. If you want take extra step to confirm my stand from DPR - It is a govt body, it is a public organisation.

dynamicprecious have been trying but he needs to confirm what i said. I have not abused anyone.

As much as you are trying to caution people, do ensure you substantiate your points with evidence. The advert is not a fluke as you stated. I have a colleague. We are both having our Masters programme and he works at DPR. He wasn't the only one that confirmed it to me. A distant relative who works there too called me to apply when the advert came out and he stated categorically that it was from their office. Don't kill the spirit, please.

well suffice is to say i am displeased with all recent happenings in the house..it seems we are getting infiltrated...we should learn to persevere and endure any utterances then why there is freedom of expression...I will implore both parties to please throw in the trowel so we can continue with the in house cooperation orelse we scare job posters away....This is my stand...thank you...

I visited DPR website and found nothing like vacancy, let alone career section. May be, they hired another recruit firm 4 d job. Anyway, let's see what happens after 27th.

Customer care, u dont apply 4jobs here, this is only a forum u get d info, den apply at d address given by d poster. Which means u can also post any genuine vacancy u've heard of. One love!

But y all dis? U shld know is d state of d nation and government. if u av gotten a job, u help odas by directing them on what 2 do. I gave a call 2 some1 working with DPR in Phc and He told me to go ahead with submission. When people started submitting hard copy sometime las year, I still call but he said no info on that to them. Yes! there are many scammer or call it junk job adverts here and there, but d only thing I will advise d members is"LOOK BROTHERS B4 U LEAP". Don get it all wrong and be focused in life. There is no harm in trying and eventually God will help those who help themselves for God does not work in Isolation. God bless u all

You are obviously a brilliant guy, but my advice to you is to verify your claims before making it public. It is ok to advice people to be careful, but do not mislead them into not applying. Unless you have another motive of maybe reducing the number of applicants for which i would say that is brilliant but wicked.
i believe the people who put the advert have their reasons for trying not to make it clear the source. If you are in doubt whether it is really DPR or not, why not do a little investigation.

why in God's name did some people go to school but refused to add sumtin to their empty brains? the poster was only trying to express what he/she felt about the whole stuff and you guyz are crucifying him/her. i think some of u are frustrated cuz of ur current status and it's nobody's fault. this life is so simple why not just respect the view and let the matter rest what if we now discover that DPR rec is all fake! what will anybody do about it? please let us stop using abusive words if you want to there is always a place for you...
