What is DPR waiting for b4 they issue a directive for letters to b released? With d level of staff shortage they are having they still consider delay of these letters as option, too bad. I think we have to do something... Before now, most ppl see madam MPR as d cause of the delay nw that d lettrs have bn signd by her, DPR is now waiting to debate d time to release these letters.

I presume they (DPR) want to use WARRI PTI for training that is why they are taking time to enable NNPC finishes its training which is ending this march or April

like i confimed earlier, DPR still has issues with FCC. Fact!!!!!! i overhead the Director incharge telling my uncle. Will find out the exact issue.

Though he sounded like a politician that letters have been issued to 60% of the successful candidates,but he also affirmed that letters will be issued to everyone on the list.
