Delta Afrik EPCM1 Graduate Training Program

Hello guys, got a mail to come write a test on saturday , 6th of July by 7am at their office in Lekki-Lagos. Please did anyone else get same message or know someone that got it. Also, any idea on the way they set their discipline test and online psycometric test they ask?
Any info will be appreciated.

***For those that will be wondering and wanna kno hw I got the opportunity, I j registered my details on the NCDMB website. A week ago I was contacted and asked to send my competency number that was given to me after registering along with my full names. That's all I did.

the registration u did on d NCDMB website, is it same with NOGQIC registration? 'cos I visited d NCDMB wsite but couldn't find a place to reg.

It is the same registration. It is now done under NOGQIC.

Its training that should lead to employment if u perform well.

Guys, please any idea on w@ 2 expect?

Based on what I read there, you need to prepare yurself in your discipline of study, Psychometric etc i.e If you read Electrical then you should prepare yourself alongside that line-same for Mech and Civil. This is my own guess anyway

It is just training. No assurance of employment. Got their offer and rejected it upon reading the terms of agreement

@ andressvillas Please tell me about the offer, I currently have a job and wouldn't want to leave it based on a training program which has no guaranty...information about the total salary package will be helpful too..thank you

ukpokpo Tx for the insight anyway...so are you working with them now or you only parted away with the certificates. It will help some of us to know decide in case we are called cos when I checked their graphical analysis on the web, the percentage of those who finished the training / employed was like 100/80 which is quite reasonable.
So pls can you say more about this.

so how did it go with your test,I'm sure you must have written it by now and do you have any info for those of us who have just registered regards when to expect invite?
I checked deltaafrik web but there is no where you can register for it on there site or can you help?

it went well. according to what we were told, its an annual training prog and this is the 6th batch. it will last for a year. they only invited mechanical, chemical, civil, process and electrical engrs. i think we wer more than 50 in all. we had launch and transport money was given to those that came from outside lagos

I registered over a year ago and still to get any acknowledgement or invitation. Well, still waiting with fingers crossed.

There aree several trainin going on that NCDMB monitors, it jst depends on wht they r looking for. Deltaafrik isn't d only firm. For instance, we wer told that everyone that was invites was a NIGERIAN ENGINEERING GRADUATE with minimum of 2:2 degree, 0-3YRS POST-GRADUATION work experience and has done NYSC. So it all depends on the company. For this particular trainin, u'll have to wait till next year and hope you are selected.

hello has any one been contacted since then I had some unconfirmed info that they are contacting for a new batch

@ALL, must u ve a JQS ID on d NCDMB website for companies like DeltaAfrik 2 relate 2 u. I cnt get d ID cos d mesage on d site says u must hav a record of employment n d oil nd gas for u get a JQS ID. I updated my data wit dem around February nd ve nt been reachd since. Jst 2 b clear, is getting d competency ID all dat i need 2 b considerd for now?

I was invited for the test and interview for 12th October did any in house also got called. please halla back

I got a mail on d 5th of sep informing me that I was nominated by NCDMB for an HCD program on Electrical Instrumentation that will last for 15month and that I should forward my credentials for screening and invitation to write a test.

Seeing what u posted, I call the no that sent d mssg to me today 10th oct and was informed I hv been selected and that I should wait for a mail confirming that 2day 10th oct ot lasted 2morrow.

Now pls confirm if u had my kind of invite or which company did invited u?
