Danger of inec application

Hello everyone. If you applied for the last INEC vacancy advert that was said to have been cancelled then your CV may be accessible online through google.
The danger in this is for those that are currently employed and who have put their current jobs as part of their experience. If your employer 'mistakenly' google his company, lo and behold, your CV is right before his eyes.
