Current Remuneration Packages in top Oil & Gas (E&P) Companies

Hello House,

I would like to have an idea of the current pay packages in the top Oil & Gas companies e.g. Mobil, Shell, Total, Eni, NLNG, Chevron, etc,

(Both entry level & experienced)

Mobil n total pays 800k-1m for GT depends on the Division u re working wit,HND or BEng,Nlng pays 850k for GT,Chevron pays 870k including taxs.

Graduate trainee,its without allowance.thy have good package for their staffs.most expecially Total, the problem wit mobil n chevron is that 60per of their staffs re on contract.unlike total n Nlng.

It's everywhere, same for total too. As a contract staff u earn more but u don't have any special packages.....d 1M u guys talked about can be earned by contract staffs. Mind u tax is about 20%

SHELL is about 500 to 700, maybe more for GT also without allowance.

The allowance is usually more than your salary

Guy for your info, nlng is not like u see it. Its owned by shell, eni, total and nnpc. Its d oga for money matter in d industry. Depending on ur position, na for dollars dem go dey pay u.

I guess NLNG is mainly run by Shell most especially in technical aspects . . . but NNPC has a higher share percentage in NLNG



how about our indigenous oil & gas companies e.g. oando, conoil, etc.

Does anybody have an idea of Eni (Agip precisely) what there own pay is like?

i once heard Oando pays 270, so from there you could guess the price range

U guys haven't seen anything. Ordinary OND hold at TOTAL can buy tear rubber Murano Jeep and build a house on top that.

As for me, all this figures aren't new to me because I got friends who are at Total. I wrote the same aptitude test with them back in 2007 but was unsuccessful. No thanks to transport wahala.

Anyway, I am almost tru with my HND and I will be there soon.

HND at Total as a chief production operator earns nothing less 900k.

Hmm NLNG no bi as una think o. GT as @ 2009/2010 earns around 300k.I know a senior QA/QC Engineer who earns about 900k-10yrs experience and some HND guys with 15yrs experience who earns 26Million per annum.Really ironical!

Just see NLNG as NNPC Upgraded.You wont be disapointed that way.On other Coys except for Total,lest cut down the figures by 10%.

@efficiency. NLNG pays far beyond wht u said. For instance as a GT, U get 600K per month wit plentiful other benefits/allowances. Everything is 'bey' for u. No think am o, NLNG is a place to work (+ d kaine experience u wil get dere)...its a global coy.
