We are currently looking to hire crewing officer.
JOB LOCATION- PHC, NIGERIA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare and maintain crew change schedule in conjunction with the clients operations department.
2. Maintain employee related data for retrieval as and when required keep safe custody of all Expat personal files.
3. Update and maintain crew database.
4. Prepare monthly payroll and travel expenses.
5. Ensure having organized documentation for all crewing matters.
6. Manage the process of personnel mobilization and demobilization (travel arrangement, visa, hotel accommodation etc)
QUALIFICATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Maritime organization
Skills: Knowledge of STCW & Flag Administration
Human Resource Management
Interpersonal and Organizational Skills.
