Contract Staff Position in E&P

What can some1 do or how/where/when/who do I apply inorder to get a 1year contract position in Addax/Agip/Chevron/Exxon/Nexen/CNOOC/Sapetro/Afren/Total/NLNG/Camac/Seplat/AMNI/Shell.
Any useful tip in pointing me to the right direction will be highly appreciated
