Welcome newbie ivnedstep. It's a full scholarship with all expenses paid plus monthly allowances. First secure admission in an institution in the uk, apply for the scholarship online, print out copies, at least 6. Go for the interview in abuja. If you're lucky to be nominated, fine, ur application goes to commonwealth scholarship commission where the final selection is done
note that you must have ur nysc discharge cert. The application is a bit tedious and thought provoking. You can pause and continue at a later time though, but you have to good on the computer to do that. HOPE THIS HELPS. Best of luck

@ Muhakut: I have tried to apply online but i cant seem to get through cos they said they dont accept direct application from candidates. Please, what agency did you apply through and what is the procedure.

I was informed by my state scholarship board that we should apply online and print out six copies of the application form for the nominating interview to be held in Abuja this month. Was also informed that the date will be announced and those qualified invited. But I wonder how the invite and date for interview announcement will come, cuz last year I applied and never heard from any one.
Please any one with useful infor should keep the house updated.

Don't stress yourself applying cos Nigeria is not included for the scholarship programme

@pedro, big lie! How come Nigeria is on the drop-down list in the NOMINATING AGENCY section of the form. Guys, independent/direct application is not allowed. you have to go through a nominating agency, which is NOMINATING AGENCY = NIGERIA-MINISTRY OF EDUCATION
