Did u get a reply when you sent a mail acknowledging and indicating your availability for your skills test? Also how did the accreditation process go before the test started?thanks for your help.

accreditation process was quite simple- first, you show your id card and originals of your credentials, then you submit photocopies to the chevron official. some people that have not completed nysc were first told to wait but were later allowed to write the test....hope that helps
also, t-fare was refunded, depending on the address in your application
