i dont know,but you cant actually call that a certified document.like marriage certificate from the church, and marriage certificate from the registry.the govt recognises that of the registry.

jesus army, pls i nid yr help. i have filled the first part of the registration, but i was given a confirmation number. i try logging in , the sit is not responding. wat is happening.......the confirmation numberis it my password or the password i used to register..thanks bro, God will strengthen you

@timbel try 2 rescan those docs. dat refuses 2 upload 2 the recommended size format of 50kb & below, & it must be in the file type of either jpeg or pdf.

for those having LGA drop down problem:
I discovered a way out- maybe it is just coincidental that it worked.
While I was trying to select the local Govt. dropdown which failed to do so, I opened another window of the same page. Instead of filling them according to arrangement, I opted to fill the LG dropdown first then re-enter all other entries. Meanwhile the former page still wouldn't drop down. You can try it.
I used the method to fill out for two other persons and it worked that way.
Just thought that could help. Good luck
