JOB DESCRIPTION: • Market Research plan. • Milk industry,consumer and competition research. • Advert and promotional research • New product launch and innovational research • Selecting and liasing with research agencies • Distribution Channel Research • Marketing Record Keeping THE PERSON: • Must have BSC/HND in Marketing/Economics/Statistics or any of the social sciences. • 3-5yrs experience in the same position in an FMCG • Good numerical,analytical and presentation Skills. • Age range 28-35yrs of age. QUALITY CONTROL LINE SUPERVISOR: THE JOB: Monitoring of the entire Product realization process and ensuring applicable quality standards are maintained. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Bottle Manufacture Quality Compliance • Beverage Production Quality Compliance • Packaging and Finished Goods quality Compliance • Laboratory and Equipment Managemant THE PERSON • Must have BSC/HND in pure and applied Sciences/Technology. • 1-2yrs experience on supervisory position in an FMCG • Quality know how,high acumen,anaiytical skills & good interpersonal relationship. • 23-29yrs of age RAW AND PACKAGING MATERIAL SUPERVISOR: THE JOB: Monitoring of raw and packaging materials ensuring only qualified ones are used for production JOB DESCRIPTION: • Incoming samples,raw and packaging materials inspection and analysis • Quality result collation and report (Daily, Weekely and Monthly). • Laboratory Equipment Management THE PERSON: • Must have BSC/HND in pure and applied Sciences/Technology. • 2-3yrs experience on supervisory position in an FMCg • Team Player,Logical reasoning, Good communication & Analytical skills • 23-29yrs of age ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER : MALE THE JOB: The job holder will be reponsible for the organisation’s day to day administrative service JOB DESCRIPTION: • Facility management • Premises hygeiene and security • Record keeping • Visitors Management • Meeting and Travel Arrangement THE PERSON: • Must have BSC/HND in Business or related field or • 1-2yrs of experience in a factory Administrative or related field • Effective Planning,team player,good communication & I.T Skills • 23-29yrs of age.
