Career advice, please house

Please house a friend of mine just got an offer from a media company timbuktu,owners of 234next news paper for an engineering position, management of their facilities to be precise and need an advice as to whether their is career prospect in the company.

I will also appretiate it if there is anyone in the house that have worked with them to advice.
Fellow NL this information is key to him as such will really appretiate your candid and urgent advice.

I have a cousin who is presently working there as a reporter, according to him the company is still struggling to stand on its 'feet' (They owe them salaries sometimes). Pls i'm not trying to discourage ur friend, cos i believe that with time the company will eventually make it. It's just a new company with many competitors.
