We are an independent subsea engineering & services company that delivers effective subsea engineering solutions and provide project services/technical consultancy for all disciplines that make Subsea field development and operation possible.

Our major clients are the International Oil Companies operating in Nigeria and we aspire to expand our operations to Ghana and the Gulf of Guinea in the mid term.

A Business Development Manager is urgently required to:
Manage the relationship between the the companyand our clients.
Prepare bid documents and bid for jobs
Manage other team members
Improve the funnel of transactions and prospect for business
Take full responsibility for profit and loss
Partake in strategy development and monthly profitability meetings amongst others

He or she should ideally have a business development background in the bank or any other performance driven environment. The individual should be self motivated, possess zeal and ambitious.

As the company is young, there is an opportunity to grow with the organisation and quickly be a key member of leadership. Remuneration is competitive and there is an opportunity to improve earning through performance bonus.

The successful candidate should ideally be not more than 40 years old.
