Bristow Helicopters test format here

the first test comprises of the following
1.general maths
2.english lang.
3.general physics.
4.essay writting
In summary, you should go and read up your physics very well most expecially fluid mechnics,thermodynamics,gears and pulley.
you should read and make research on the different between airplane and helicopters.how they fly,advantages of helicopters over airplane.
the test is for one hour.(comprising of 60 objective questions and three essay writtings.)

@wale,my invitation was for cadet engr.wondrn if it is d same as d pilot engr.i got a mail to take d test on the 10th as well.do you think d test format will b applicable.NHJ,pls i need clarity on dis.

@Atoe1 we are writing together tomorrow, i believe the test format will be the same..just only the essay may be different...i strongly believe that

Take a bus from ojota to ikeja,take a bike from ikeja to welcome centre.its opposite ajao estate gate.

Guys How was d test?hop favourable.What were d sections and d questions involved?Was it tough?how many questions and how much time given to answer dem? Wish u al success . Plz share ur experience wit d house.

@okoro kingsley...the test was fine..infact i must confess.. dere nothing to worry abt in the test..general maths, simple physics and some pieces abt helicopters ..dats all....i pray dey are fair with the process...am sure i cant miss more dan two in the whole sixty questions..nothing is dre ...has anyone bin called?

I just got a text inviting me for an interview with bristow..pls is there anybody else with the same text?. Pls how is the interview like. Pls i need info. Pls i will appreciate...i am new here

So bristow has changed their pattern,no more callin or textin d successful ones d nite afta d test or d followin day afta d test.Even d test format changed aswel.Has any1 heard 4m dem,let him indicate. Wil b apprec8d...

@okorokingsley..yu mean the test yu did was different frm the format described?..and were yu told when to hear frm dem?.we were told dat they will contact befor the end of dat dey..?..pls let us knw for future reference.

My guy nautybynature d only am too sure d lady said afta our own test is dat dey wil contact us any moment 4m dat time we finish d test,so dey dint specify,it may takes day 4m dat time dey dint say b4 anytime ok. Lets kip hop alive bkos it maketh nt ashame... I did mech engr. Wot abt u? Our own was diff 4m Elect Elect quest. Who knows wots gona b their pass mark. But 45 out of 60 is it a pass mark! Am askin

Guys, a lady just called me for the interview, next week thursday.

I got a call from the lady this morning inviting me for an interview nxt week wed. Pls house what should we expect for the interview

Bros..when did yu write your test pls and your discipline..is dre any mail to that effect?..pls respond

Pls when did you take ur test? Was it mondy, tues or wednsday? And what did u study? EE or MECH? For d interview, i advice be familiar with Bristow as a company and why u want to join them..

pls let us know if those invited now are from the first batch i mean those that had their test on monday, this is very important pls

i dont understand why some guys are being stupid wat do u get from giving other people false information,u two people said they where called yet they dont know the batch they wrote with or even the discipline dey wrote under, pls anybody dat does't have good info should shut up

@lordsigna..dont mind dem..they are reading the thread and waiting for response ..while dey refuse to disclose when dey wrote dre test..i beleive dre will be more invitations...let keep checking our mails

Wrote mine on the 12t of October and was invited for the interview on the 14th. I did the elect ??s.

We refer to the recent test organised by us and subsequently attended by you and are pleased to inform you that you were successful at the test. Following from this, you are hereby selected for an Interview at our Corporate Head Office at the Local Airport, General Aviation Terminal, Ikeja as follows:-



Date: 18th October, 2011

Time: 11:30am prompt

Venue: Bristow helicopters nig limited, M/M International Airport road - Lagos.

You are required to bring this Email and the following documents to the interview;

* West African School Certificate or Equivalent;

* University / Polytechnic Degree Certificate

* NYSC Discharge Certificate and

* Birth Certificate

Failure to arrive on time or without your credentials will result in disqualification. Please note that the company will only employ candidates upon successful completion of training.

Any new invitatn pls?..or bristow is tryn to tell me i failed dat secondary scol mathematic and physics?...dat will be so unfair of den o..or maybe they hav dre own arrangement sha.

if u dnt hear frm dem,it doesnt mean u failed sec sch maths.just dat dey hav a cut off dependin on d numba dey want.for instance dey can pick the best 20 for d nxt level.na so he be.bt sha o,anytin can hapen

if thats is the case..lets keep hope alive then..but my pple how can bristow employ after the training, wat will now be the faith of those pple who might not get employed after the training?.please lets discuss this

@Classic87...how was the interview today?.ar yu all of electrical discipline?..please share ur experience and let us knw if mechanical engineers too are involved..best of luck
