COMPULSORY REFERENCE FORM DOWNLOAD


All applicants are hereby notified to download the three (3) Reference forms on STEP 6 of 15 on their online application. These forms are to be completed by their Referees and brought to the aptitude test venue.
Two of the forms MUST OF NECESSITY be completed by University Lecturers while the third should be by Senior Civil Servant.

N/B: Please note that the downloading and filling of these forms is COMPULSORY for all online applicants.

Please i'd like to know if transcrpits are to be sent at the same time with the form or it can be sent after the form

How can one download the forms? I cant see any link to download the forms

I was thinking that the aptitude test will be online this time.

Please house, anyone who is still at the registration stage should help us download the form in question and then upload it for us here. I finished my registration over a month ago and really don't want to tamper with anything there again. You know how these thing are, my registration then was hitch-free.

Guy, well done. Thing is, i've tried downloading the forms a couple of times and each time i do that, the file doesn't open. Tells me its corrupt or something. Can't download it on the PTDF website either. Can u please forward it to my email? Its [email protected]
