depending on which Directorate successful

A good first degree/HND is required. Active
and qualitative NYSC year experience is
needed.
We are looking for you if you are a people
person with excellent writing, reporting
and verbal communication skills, humble,
willing and ready to learn, work under
pressure, unconventional, IT savvy, team
player, and dislikes being micromanaged.
2) Associate Consultants (Ref ACO 1613)

This role is consulting team lead and is
responsible for overseeing, facilitating,
monitoring, evaluating and documenting
learning events in a multi campus
environment.
A working knowledge of instructional
design, training methodologies and
Learning Management System (LMS) is
required.
A good first degree in Social Sciences,
Humanities or any related field. Active
membership of relevant professional
bodies such as CIPM, CIPD, ASTD, SHRM,
NITAD is necessary. CMD facilitator’s
certification is an added advantage. MSc/
MBA is an advantage.
We are looking for a team player, result-
oriented people person, s/he who thinks
on his/her feet and in love with the
ideation process, with good presenting and
communicating skills, analytical, and a
solution provider.
3-5 years experience. This role reports to
the COO.

HND/ND in Business Administration,

spirit, team playing and self management
traits, comfortable with electronics/
electrical appliances, agility and patience.
Computer literacy is essential and
willingness for continuous learning.
Student membership of recognized
professional bodies is an added advantage.

Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences and
Humanities and a distinctive desire for a
career in human resources management.
We are looking for a learner leader,
reader, team player, result-oriented
people person, with financial acumen. A
working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
is essential.
3-5 years in customer service, marketing,
HR or admin role. This role is in the
regions outside Lagos.
