The recent BAT management trainee recruitment program for dis August application, has started emailing, i received
One saying' i shld send some scanned documents to a specific email address before 27th August.
It included birth certificate,
Q1: can i use sworn affidavit instead of the Birth certificate?

guys i also checked my application status and it states, Longlisted but i never get email oooo. wetin happen. ?

yes ooo, jst saw the email also now ooo. BUt i get issues ooo. i cant find my birth certificate as its lost, is it possible to use my international passport biodata page ? and i no get NYSC certificate ooo? becos i av been in the uk which is where id di my degree and A levels as well. shoud i just send copies of my certificates and Alevels with O levels also and then just attach a little note to accompany the email ?

@Epzilon:Hope it was d mail they gave u tried sending ur certs to and not to the address dey used in sending the mail

Guess its not for u then, cos the email given was supposed to be private, and now u want us to post it, so the email address can be bombarded with msgs from people that were not officially longlisted.....don't u understand the jek, we inform ourselves here not make the chances 'slimmer' for our selves...I think u shld take a cue from dis
@ seyeoba01 check the TRASH section on ur mail box and u'll have to save it as adraft of send it to ur inbox if not u'll loose it eventualy

have been in uk for a while. did my A levels here and degree as well so my birth cert got lost and besides never bothered to do affidavit during trips to 9ja becos i never needed it. and also NYSC am not exempted ooo. jst wan use the uk stunt, as per a levels and degree moreover no be all the person wey dey work for BAT do nysc.
although tried calling the number in the email to make inquiries but no answer. so i jst sent my degree cert, waec cert since couldnt find my statement of result, copy of my passport biodata page and also my secondary school certificate as it has my state of origin, LGA also there. and attached a small note also stating the facts. so na fingers crossed.

pls, if u got the mail, when did u complete the application?I completed mine 20/08/10,got an acknowledgement that my application has received and will be reveiwed but no mail till now.My application status reads ''apllication received''.

I applied about 2 weeks ago. My status reads 'longlisted' and I'm yet to receive any mail requesting for scanned documents. I hope the request mail is in batches and if not; na their wahala.
Somebody please help me, i have sent my credentials more than 10 times in different format to the stated email address in the email sent, yet my mail keeps bouncing back.the deadline is so close and i dnt know what to do.
@latest employee: when u open ur mail box,click on the mail address they requested u send ur details to,then attach d documents and try sending
@latest employee; I suggest u try using another computer. Upload the documents afresh. Make sure the files are in jpg format. @all, keeping this e-mail address secret is a good idea. If you had posted it, I wouldn't have used it in order to prevent multiple applications by d time my documents will be requested. If I had received this message, I'ld have sent it to Seyeoba01 as a private message. Please lets be our brothers keeper don't let us disqualify him. He can be helpful to us in future.
i have sent my credentials for over twenty times now and it keeps giving me this error message-
Error delivering to HRSSC Nigeria/Lagos/NG/BAT; Router: Database disk quota exceeded.please house wats d meaning of this and what can i do kus the deadline is today.
@Chinexki-It means the receipient email address box [BAT] is full and cannot accept any incoming mail except if emptied
@Latest employe-ur issue is same wit chinexki. D BAT mail box size has exceeded its capacity & cant accept any more mail
Not until BAT empties d email add box, u guys wld keep gettin d same failure delivery notification. Make una dey pray oh

@Chinexki; Disk quota is the disk space allotted to each applicant. The documents you are sending are too big. You need to reduce the picture sizes by resizing the images. Make sure each file size is less than 800KB. Try this and give feedback.
@beesoola; I was also longlisted and wasn't mailed. Lets be patient, its all God's will.

Thank God oh...My status read longlisted yesterday till this morning but just checked my email now and alas! My own BAT mail just dropped.....sent my docs already..No time to waste
@chinexki & others experiencing failure delivery-Troublemaker was right....u didnt say if u have finally suceeded in sending ur docs succesfully without it bouncing back.......I just realised each receipient of the BAT email is alloted a disk quota which must not be exceeded...Follow trouble makers hint, resize your documents to a total size that shouldn't exceed 800MB (ie, ur university degree cert, NYSC discharge Cert and Birth Certificate)
Mine was about 600MB and it was delivered successfuly....
For those, whose status are still longlisted and haven't gotten any mail, remain positive, urs would definately come through
The next prayer now is for one to finally get shorlisted after all this initial gra-gra...... i remember vividly the last TMR position which i got longlisted but later wasn't shortlisted for the ADECCO TEST...I know some of my brodas and sister here were also dropped
I've got good news for you fellas...This time around, we gonna cross that bridge IJN...There's is no stopping us...Just Believe and leave the rest to GOD...

I got a reply from the same email stating that they have received my documents but at the end of the mail the folllowing line "The idea in the palm of your hand is Gold.Make it real" i dont know wat this means . This BAT Guys dey burst my head ooooooooooooo
