That was wen I knew that BAT was the place for me. Tho, I didn't get to start until abt 1750hrs, sum 1hr and 10mins behind schedule, the whole process was friendly, the guys were great and just as friendly as Lauseen mentioned...I am +ve guys and I am grateful to you both and all forumites for their kind words, but most importantly to the Almighty, Yahweh for his lovingkindness. At this point guys, its on to the next level. Cheers peeps!

surprisingly 4 d fact that some other applicants hav reachd assesment centre stage. Howeva a bit unsurprisingly 4 d fact that dat department 'finance' had not been folowing these other stages all along.. Kinda tink BAT negleted dat finance department.. I believe BAT pays much better than Cadbury. But like you know, BAT's line of business is quite "controversial" and even a lot of their employees CANNOT patronise their own products (if you know what I mean).

Walahi, anybody that has experienced bat's A.C wud testify dat its hard to put in words afterwards...twas ok..."ok" is me being positive......der is nothin to say really, all y'all goin in 4 d A.C shud just relax, wot u see is wot u get, handling it all depends on individual capabilities, no preparation wud do any good, only a tough mindset n a desire to succeed wud put u thru...
