ok, i applied online sometime last year in august, thou there was no advert but as usual i just goto the company site and drop my resume.
pls help with any useful tip on what will shud expect.
and as for those that wanna apply i think march 22 is the next batch from a reliable source.

@princeyoung2d....well i got a phone interview from baker hughes(a lady) which was an international number,she told me my documents will be forwarded to our nigeria office for consideration..d next day i got a call frm baker hughes nigeria and d interviewer asked me my name and wen i graduated?he finally told me that they will get back to me.i wanna knw if u had d same interview b4 u were shortlisted for interview at PH...thanks

The lady that contacted you is their university recruiter. I had a
phone interview with her (last week). At the end of the 30-minute interview, she explained that
I would be contacted in 3-4 weeks time.

Depending on the result of the phone interview, the next stage would be "Baker Hughes Experience,"
which I presume is the 2-days assessment princeyoung2d is talking about.

This is just my own opinion, people that have more knowledge about Baker Hughes recruitment process could further advise.

Your reply was well recieved.but its not upto 3-4weeks since i got the phone interview.

I wanna know if princeyoung2d was also interviewd almost d same time as me.since i was interviewed last week by dere university recruiter and someone here in nigeria too...though he asked me wen did i graduate.

I had my phone interview with a woman from the US office. She had strong accent and the network was frustratingly poor.

@ cee note and all d other guys invited, what did you study and what position did you apply for? Cos i applied when d advert for graduate field engineer came up last year and i think alot of persons did and up till now, baker have not contacted anybody. So it is coming as a big shock on many that some persons have already done their phone interviews, pls try and shed more light so that those of us waiting can understand what is currently happening. Thanks

Hi everyone,
I put my CV on their website first week in january, had a telephone interview on thursday last week and got a call from their Nigeria office the next day, which was friday. I was shocked because the lady in the US (who interviewed me) said it'd take 3-4 weeks. Got an invitation on sunday(yesterday) to attend the Baker Hughes Experience.

I studied Electrical Engineering.
I think it is in batches because the recruiter from Nigeria did say that I should confirm attendance so he could 'put a batch together'
