Hello Everyone,

From all indications, it is clear that those invited for the Baker Experience are people who:

1. Wrote the aptitude test either in Lagos or in PH and were successful
2. Did a phone interview and were successful
3. And now invited for Baker Experience

As far as I know, those who have done the 1st and 2nd Online Assessments will be sent a mail for the next stage, which may be to schedule an interview.

I wrote my test on the 13th Nov 2010, had my phone interview on Teusday 11th January 2010 and was told by the interviewer that I will be invited for Baker experience when successful. Therefore I beleive and have confirmed that the experience is in batches. I pray 4 success 4 every 1.

I need a little help here.
I want to apply to do IT with Baker and I was told that I have to go online and create a profile. I guess that involves or includes doing the online assessment.
Can anyone tell me please what the online assessment looks like. In what form basically where they?
Was it educational or self based kinda.
I would appreciate your quick responses as I have a deadline to create this profile.
Just a summary of what it involves.

I don't know what is actually going on I wrote the test in Port on the 13th of Nov. Did the 1st online assessment and scheduled for an interview which I did on the 16th of Dec. I was told that I will contacted through my mail if successful. Up till now I am yet to receive any mail. I don't know if this is actually done in batches. Pls I ned an advice (positive one). Thanks

Like someone said before it is probably done in stages so for them to still be scheduling interviews for people means they are not done.
Anyways companies like Schlumberger can take you and keep on the waiting list then get in contact with you when there is an opening.
So enlighten me please, What was the first assessment like?
