@all:it is not possible 2 write d test at d same expecting d present or on-going assessmt.from d search i had made it is once for all discliple apart those dat had test option.rememba dis is control intlnally b/4 handing over 2 local hiring manager.also dis frm what i undastd it has series of interview.smetime it gets to 2-3 mth b/4 proceeding 2 d next level.pls dnt quota me wrong it may change depending on their schedule.
I did my online assessment 24 Dec. I'm waiting for them to send the second test.

Yes my broda..................the main thing is the baker hughes experience (recruitment day)........
@all phone interview expectants, here are lists of likely questions u should be preparing for:
1.Tell about your academics, specifically your last degree?
2.What you have learned in that course (last degree)?
3.What do you know about the job of a field engineer?
4.Are you able to relocate?
5.From the questionnaire’s submitted prior image question, which location will you like to work and why? specifying onshore and offshore.
6. you are given three work choices:
a) bad location
b) good location
c) too much work/high salary
7. You have a situation (fixing a broken motor ) where you have choices over your role, what role you will prefer and why:
a) you will tear the motor apart and fix it
b) you will analyze and than act accordingly.
