An architectural firm needs a "clerk of work" on its project site

An Architectural firm based in Lagos intends to engage competent individuals for the
position of a "Clerk of Works" on one of its construction Project Site in Ughelli-North LGA of
Delta state.

Interested applicants should meet the following requirements:

Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of OND degree certificate in any of building,
Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years on-site working experience

Applicants should be very knowledgeable in basic construction processes and procedures

Applicants must be able to interpret Architectural and structural drawings

Applicants must possess good communication skill.

Applicants should be resident in Ughelli, Delta State or its environs

Applicants should not be more than 35 years of age.

Computer Literacy is an advantage.
