Administrative Manager Needed Urgently

OneConcept, an Indigenous and Reputable Oil and Gas Company who are also into Business Building and Properties is inviting hardworking and sincere Nigerian graduate to fill this position:
Administrative Manager: requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures.
Duties: Must be responsible for directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities of the organization, and also be responsible for managing various operations. Must work within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action. Must be able to maintain continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Must be able to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks. Must be able to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Must be ready to make presentations before the public/community organizations. Is also expected to self-generate assignments through anticipation of problems and general awareness of needs of our organisation; and perform other duties as.
Requirements: Requires minimum three (3) years’ of professional administrative experience as an Administrative Service Manager, a year (1) year of which must be in a supervisory position and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or its equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
