@tuji Sorry sir, how long it takes 4 d result 2 b released is very consequential, we need this job now, not later. I spoke with one of the hr people, he said the exercise will be concluded this yr, though there might be a little shift. What they need is graduate trainees with little or no responsibilities 4 now. Besides, the program is starting by january next yr. Who brought the info of "six stages"?, that can't be true (who is afraid of "six stages" anyway). As 4 d re-imbursement package, i think we need 2 remind them in case they 've 4gotten. Dis is their num; 014605115. Let's keep their line busy. Hope this will help.....

People, lets start being realistic naa. Ok the test was taking in multiple locations at different times, right. We all wrote our account number on the test invites and submitted it to them. Now they have to manually input these account numbers with the corresponding names and sort according to whatever criteria Addax wanted and forward it to them. I dont see how they can do this is less than 1 week. Ok now addax receive this info and approves it for payment. Please be reminded that all companies have what they call payment cycle (the time between receiving an approved invoice and making the payment to that persons account), the least I have ever heard of is 2 weeks, most companies are months (e.g shell is 2 months, I know this because my company was once shells vendor). So with all this in mind, please tell me how you can be expecting your money, when it is just 2 weeks after the test date.
Away from the money matter, I would please like to challenge anyone to tell me about any recruitment exercise performed by any major multinational oil company where they were called after the test in less than 2 weeks (other than Halliburton), shells was months, mobil was months, chervon was the only consistent 2-3wks. Thus, I do not and cannot understand why people are expecting their invites now. I am not saying its not close but I think we need to be patient. Anybody that has gone through the recruitment process with any major IOC will tell you about the importance of patience and prayers (Please refer to the Shell SRD thread).
