I think they are only referring to the number of job titles available. It can't be just one person they require.

Unfortunately, @Onward4ever, HND can't apply. They wld av stated it expressly if they can.

LNG once recruited only one person (a first class female accountant) in one particular recruitment just like this. The girl go it by merit and bla bla bla.
Don't think that having only one opening is a mistake. But then, no harm in being optimistic!

Guys read...the advert says "or its equivalent" abi HND no dey equivalent to Bsc...?

I think what that means is that one person for each of the advertised disciplines. I just submitted my application, All da Best!
