About IWCF CERTIFICATION

I want to ask those that have this iwcf certification this question:

1.Must u have rig experience before u can go for iwcf certification?

Why am asking this is due to the fact that i wanted to register for this course today and i was told i must have gotten rig experience before i can register.Infact it amazed me.What i wanted to do is DRILLER amounting to 1800 US DOLLARS.

I still doubt if the facilitator knows what he says,but i still wants to register here in portharcourt.Any info on what to do?

U can register at JC international..its about 1750 dollars and you dnt need to have rig experience..
