ABOUT CHEVRON ADVERT

TRULY THE ADVERT WAS DISPLACED IN THEIR WEBSITE.BUT ONE THING I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW IS THAT

CHEVRON WILL ADVERTISE THE POSITIONS AGAIN.DONT PANIC OR BE FRIGHTENED.THE PROBLEM IS THEIR SITE.

Sammie.. u always have a way of letting us know everything would be fine oneday..May God bless u..later people would wonder why u receive all the blessings..Forgetting that givers/helpers never lack..at least i fit sleep well dis nite..had my eyes opened for the past 2 days waiting for chevron

One thing I have noticed/observed about Chevron is that any vacancy that appears on their site, and was not published in the dailies, is an internal advert meant for their contract staff who want to become full time staff.

So all previous adverts that people have stumbled on in their site but which were not published in the dailies and seems no one was invited for test/interview are actually internal advertisements and those positions have been occupied, so u guys that are still hoping to hear from them should remove your minds from it....except if the advert was published in any paper.

@GUYS: I think TOLULUCK has a point here, sometimes these companies do such as a way of "eye service", to create false impressions that they are actually recruiting whereas its just for their own people..anyhow make we dey see.

Though i applied but i guess you are right Tripple-c. they would have published on dailies if it were not internal.

Sam thanks for cooling our nerves...but i asked a friend who works at chevron he told me that there is nothing like that, i insisted that its online. When he made enquires at their Warri office he said there is nothing like that saying the only vacany avaliable is for Angola ,Brazil..
Sometimes i wonder whatz up with them.

I beg to disagree that the vacancy was not meant for Nigeria.For an IOC like chevron if it was brought in error,they would have sent a notice on that issue but still we have heard nothing.My advice is that we should keep our ears and eyes open.

obynzo, i guess u maybe right, we should all keep our ear and eyez Opened!!! This dayz a lot of firms are dubious in their dealings they just put advert to fulfill certain policies ??? God help us

I will advice we forget about chevron advert. I just checked the position for petroleum engineers and i noticed that the date have being changed to 30/9/2013. U can check for yourselves

Gents I advise you go your normal business and allow God to have his way in this Chevron thing. If God said is for you nobody can say no, worry not while you can pray.

I wonder why this ad is still an issue, the full advert is already on their career site,which I even posted on this forum as a topic but somehow The Admins here deleted it, & like BROWNICE2 said, the dates have been adjusted to 2013 or so, so make una shun Chevron dem.
