broda man,dis is d maginalisation of d second order(lower group).why our leaders cannot learn from western world?today 5yrs experience, tomorrow first class only, yesterday second class lower need not apply.WHY?The funny part of it all,a millitant is being paid 4 its gun and millitancy. Now,we law abiding nigerians have nothing on d table.mind u,they have sent many out for training.pple who do have cert.if private coy engage in what nnpc have done is still justifiable.Again if govt establishment continue like dis then i conclude no hope 4 for lower group.GOD BLESS US.
U dey ask wetin una do NNPC? Absolutely NOTHING!!!
Its just that you guys are not good enough for an organization that totally disregarded the 2008 GT recruitment exercise...
You are not good enough for an organization that will still do back door recruitment after all has been said and done just like the Firemen Cadre....
2.2 in Nigeria has become a curse.......LEPROSY.......what they dont know is that Naman got cured! 2.2 guys dont worry, it will get better.Under advisement......please apply, there's no harm in applying.....or what do you think?
Food for thought......... If 2.2 guys feel like this, then i guess 3rd class graduate will hang themselves?![]()
When will we all make it get better?
Cheers.
@greg.the issue of policy is senseless to any govt establishmt.d lower class make d majority. if they are afraid of bulky applications, they should employ unskill 4 separation of such application to make d work easy.in western world, age and class are not barrier to your career developmt.it is only in nigeria u see dat.if u escape age, class will want 2 limit u
@all, apply without fear.i am writing dis bcus im not happy about what is happening in govt owned recruitment policy.
IN PUNCH THEY STATED MINIMUM 2.2 BT ON THE SITE ITS STATES ANOTHER
WELL PEEPS, PERSONALLY, I DNT FEEL THEY'LL TAKE 2.2 APPLICANTS CUZ THEY CANT EVEN TAKE ALL THE 2.1 CANDIDATES...I HAVE A 2.2 AND IM SO CONFUSED...
T
My own palava is with the age. I have 2:1 but I'm 30.
I know the job application software will filter out any age greater than 29 years.
What do you guys advise?
I just confuse for here now.
i appliedal the same, it is who u know for this naija not what is put out there
It's really sad folks. In the western wrld, race, age or qualification has nothing to do with career development. However, it is not the case for a third world country like ours.
But i wld encourage every one to apply and keep praying for a miracle.
@ all. if you have a 2.2, you can apply as experienced hire.check out the job specification and compete for the job.
@ inGoditrust. you dont have a problem, apply as experienced hire.its simple.

So do you think it's wise to apply for the experienced hire?
