Job description Finance/ JV Support

Prepare and participate in monthly cash calls and performance returns meetings with partners.
Prepare and participate in half year performance review with partner to recover cost incurred for operations executed.
Monitor the budget performance to identify expenditures by line item and raise alert in areas of budget overrun and ensure that appropriate codes for cost centers are applied.
Prepare and co-ordinate budget from work program, obtain partners approval and ensure proper implementation.
Prepare and co-ordinate review of all work programs embarked upon and ensure implementation, and defend same with partners.
Prepare and co-ordinate all reviews and sessions requiring budget realignment due to variations in budget execution.
Ensure that contract procedures are put in place prior to execution of work programs through coordination of the of PR, PO and possibly ITT documents.
Ensure that invoices are promptly certified and dispatched to Finance department for payment.

Requirements Finance/ JV Support

Candidate should possess a minimum of B.Sc. in either the Sciences or Engineering with minimum of 3 years Finance experience in Accounting or Banking environment.
