Pls who knows how workforce test usualy be i mean wat i should b expect or read for d test. Secondly does workforce follow time given 4 d test invitation

The format of the Test Invite looks very much like that of Workforce-FCMB invite.
There are two options to the test: Written or CBT. For the written test is more of GMAT and logical questions like 4 frogs were on a plank floating on water if two frogs jump into the water how many frogs are left? Then for the CBT, prepare for psychometric-like questions:Verbal, Quantitative and Logical (Diagrammatic) test. Best Wishes to all invitees.

The invite suggests that it might be paper based.I don't see them hauling computers to a hotel.It had better be GRE based since they won't allow calculators.Guys let's go give them hell.

U guys should expect 3 sectional test, verbal; more of logical reasoning, arithmetic; simple computations like interest, Vat etc and abstract; shape behaviors...basically....if the fcmb test format applies....all the best y'all

One important question for those who have done workforce test before since I have decided to go for this test: Are there negative markings in workforce tests?

FCMB test was computer base, and the test was timed...less than 60mins for all, i think abt 45mins or so..

Don't worry about not getting this particular invite.Just ensure you flood the cyberspace with your CV so that when invites come,
you'll be spoilt for choice.I am sure we'll hear great news from you soon.

Paper-based means you will be given questions booklet and you are expected to provide ur answers either on a paper or shading sheet. For the Computer based the test is automated and you will be provided with a PC to write your test.

Thumbs up to workforce. It was a well organized test. The Numerical reasoning test was of high standard. It was very tactical and a reasoning test indeed.

D test was quite well organized and cool.d guy dat sat besides me, finishd abt 25mins b4 time.i wonder how he did it.workforce promisd to contact sucesful candidates b4 thursday.am looking up to baba God.

Sure the test was well organised. inside the little test "rooms" it almost felt like a little party or so going on, quietly

quite well organised and standard. Just do not knw if the numerical reasoning section is dt simple or there's more to it; I just eyeballed it and pick the answer straight away. No time!

@ chrome how did d guy do it. I was battling with four questions remaining when the lady said time's up. Anyway let's see the result come thursd/friday.

@ chrome1 I believe I am the guy u r talking about, I was wearing kampala, y I finished early was because I only did the numerical myself but the verbal and abstract reasoning were just past question so I didn't read the passage or think about d question was just picking the ans.
