Training is on-going by Stanbic Ibtc. These people seem to be taking this thing very serious from the look of things. About 700 DSAs will be taken for SW/LAGOS regions.

This DSA job, I got one with a bank you are not treated like a staff even seat was not allocated to me talkless of a system I had to resign the following week.
The job conditions already made people quit.

4 d DSA's, I thnk U guys are lucky dat U are being asked 2bring accounts and nt money. Some marketers in other banks are given millions or so as target.
All I will say is, be vry confident and knw Ur bank. Do not be afraid 2 talk 2 any1 even if He is Mr President. Be composed. Know wat U are doing and NEVER promise somethng dat is non-existent. Pple want 2 keep their money wher they will be sure dat all is well.
I noticed sum DSA's are vry concerned abt salary accts. Well dat is good bt dat is not all. Jst lik facilities cn be given 2 salary earners, it cn also be given 2 SMEs.
And we knw dat some SMEs earn far higher than some salary earners wt high grades.
Jst struggle 2 meet d target 4 April, and I knw dat thngs will flow beta in d coming months.
My advice to all DSA's is that stanbic has great plans for u..dont ask me for my source.if you try ur best and ur overall commitment is taking note of and considered good. In time to come you will be converted to full R/M's....the bank is growing and the bank grows from within... Do your best without looking @ d conditions...remeber u can achieve ur target in one day...u just have to study ur market segment and think of the best strategy to break even..remember u are with an international bank that its future is secured in Nigeria banking industries....a unique selling proposition(USP)..... As i said earlier..dont be d dog that has a bone on his mout and on passing thru a pond see a reflection of himself and thought it was another dog with a bone...and on trying to grab d bone he looses d one in his mouth too to d pond.
