Workforce...

I will be going to my village dis weekend nd i'll make sure i search deeply 4 a strong babalawo dat will provide a charm 4 me 2 curse dis workforce people 4 dem nt 2 be receiving contract again in their life 4 any recruitment.
Imagine 4 someone to travel from far away in order 2 write Honeywell Graduate trainee test conducted by dis stupid workforce, nd as at 12pm,people are no longer allowed 2 enter,telling them dat d hall is filled up dat dey shuld wait 4d next batch. pple waited until d earlier batch finished nd nobody was allowed 2 write d test again. Dey dnt even communicate,dey jst leave d test venue.
If they knw i wuldnt be allowed 2 write d test,why did dey invite me.
Infact, i must curse dis pple,dey will not see any recruitment contract again.

;D Really, it's a pity. i was invited too but i couldn't make it. i considered leaving my little job and also transportation here in Enugu for just a test of which am not familiar with Lagos and its environment. i decided to forfeit it and hope for better opportunity.

...so take heart and pray for another better opportunity like i do bcos God knows why!!

@D-KELVIN, u too funny o. :o But seriously,this "Workforce" of a company has become a cause for alarm.I took my test 2day, 8am batch. There were a lot of seats that were empty cos people refused to show up when they learnt the test is being conducted by workforce.They even were much more organised now compared to that of Friesland-wampco.God will grant us success.

I took the test yesterday too and i really think they are organised,as for my brother that came around 12noon,i feel for u but the fact was that there were so many people around that they had to start calling people into the hal very early.Abeg no curse them yet o,make dem mark the stuff finish call person.I pray that God will provide ur own very nice job for u.

For all those who succeeded in writing the test,i pray for God's favour for us all,see at the interview.

Sincerely, I can not blame workforce. In fact, we graduate of this great nation have a lot of work to do. We can not just folding our hand till this bad people (OUR LEADERS) ruin our future. Nigeria have enough to sustain our graduate but due to their self-interest they refused to circulate our resources. Imagine the population of graduate in a test centre. NIGERIA GRADUATES LET WAKE-UP AND FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHT.

the fact is workforce is really messed up.

my pple anytin workforce , once u r not in lagos don't bother travelling is just a waste of time becos even if u write u wud still nt pass. so just allow those in lagos to waste transport. u can see from UAC,BATN, WAMCO

Sorry about dat. I was also invited as follows: 23rd @ 8am, left my job in Owerri down 2 Lag. De crowd was quite intimidating.
Anyway, I was very impressed by de level of there organisation.

ranti123,just because u had(or still have) an issue with workforce does not mean everybody that writes will fail afterall it's not workforce staff that will fill up the spaces in the companies u mentioned and remember they have their own reputation to protect too,the people the recruit will determine if they'll have more recruitment jobs in future.Pray for the best for those that had the courage and please stop cursing.Thanks.

I am surprised that i wasnt invited to write the test after meeting the requirements. Workforce to a large extent, according to pundits should come out straight and prove its integrity when it comes to recruitment because immediately i saw they were the ones handling that of Honeywell, I had doubt and eventually my assertion proved right.

at least, they re better than brass consultin (those that handled Oando).

Workforce is a cheat!

left my job in umuahia,travelled to lagos and wrote the test, though organised but the crowd and the whole thing didnt make the travlling worth the while.

Companies should begin 2 look upto a more credible consulting firms lik GSE. I think they are better than this workforce of a thing.

@BUU, pls expatiate. What was ur GSE score? It seems u had it good?

My bro,workforce is as useless as anything.There is no any credibility in thier test.May Gog assist us and answer our prayer as soon as posible

@gzl: its not abt havin it good wit GSE i.e dragnet.
I'm only tryin 2 tak a comparative study.
Consider that:
U get your test result in the shortest possible time
U sit for your test at a location of convenience close 2 u
Select a few candidates as possible that could be considered 4 the job not by invitin d whole world to grammar sch or trade fair complex 4 a very limited vacancy
Atleast computer base exam 2 increase credibility.
Passing workforce test is a call 4 more prayers. 2day 4 test, 2moro 4 certificate verification, next is first stage interview . . . . . . That is how candidates will be travelling up & down to Lagos.
4 workforce i passed a couple of their test; BAT & UAC
4 dragnet i passed PZ & UBN. Remember i didn't tell u my score, its just that i was invited 4 interview.
The truth is that workforce is more CONNECTED & needs serious restructurin & reformation.
That is just my personal opinion.
U might be tempted 2 even think that they are tribalistic.

@BUU, did any of the companies u have taken their tests, i.e. Workforce (BAT & UAC) and Dragnet (PZ & UBN), send u text msg as regard your actual score or it has just become the new trend? Also, did u do this of Multinational on saturday and what was ur score? Pls reply.
I took the Friesland (workforce) test then & my score was sent to me. I think workforce didn't use to send actual scores. ??? (my opinion)

The fact remain that,there is no credibility in their dictionary

@Honeywell/Workforce hopefulls, today makes 1week after the tests. Let wait & see the outcome this time around.
