The Abuja test was nothing to write home about. One man came to the hall and told the people that what the FRSC is doing right now is his initiative which he discused with FRSC officials. He said that he is prepared for war with FRSC as the drivers licence being issued by FRSC are all fake. So MUCH CONFUSIONS.................
