Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operation of the company
Increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting,orienting,training,coaching,counseling and discipline staff, strategies and objective ,assigning accountability , proving educational opportunities
People strategic Management and ensuring business growth and development
Gaining new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in local market
Direct and coordinate organisation's financial and budget activities to fund operation, maximize investment and increase efficiency.
Any other responsibilities as may assign by management

Qualification

A good degree in any management course ( minimum of second class lower)
Professional qualifications in insurance (e.g ACll) or equivalent
self-direct, flexible and tactical
Good computer and technology
Applicants should be between 35 & 40 years of age

Job position
Marketing Executives
Responsibilities

Monitoring claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer
Selecting companies that offer the type of coverage requested by client to underwrite policy
Explaining features advantage and disadvantage of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans

Qualification

Good knowledge of insurance products
Good communication and interpersonal skill
candidate must be an intellectually curious self-starter with ability to work without constant supervision
Applicant should not be more than 30 years of age

Job position
Accounting Executive
Responsibilities

Managing the daily accounting for all broker dealers and client
Prepare and maintain accounting document and record
Reconcile account in a timely manner

Qualification

A good degree in finance or accounting
ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent will be added advantage
Applicant must be more than 30 years
