Transincorporations an organisation based in Lagos and ibadan is in need of qualified and enthusiastic professionals to work as part of her team in a brand new international business development company which has recently opened an office in Nigeria and intends to have a wide regional outreach. The company will be operating offices all over the country.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule our daily agenda and to-do list, as well as weekly and monthly calendar appointment.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, i.e. sort and read mail, draft responses, maintain network database, receive and send overnight packages.
• Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
• Answering calls and handling queries.
• Preparing correspondences
• Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
• Booking meetings.
• Planning, organising and managing events.
• Managing a budget.
• Attending events/meetings as representative.
• Conducting research on the internet.
• Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
• Preparing presentations.
• Preparing papers for meetings.
