A reputable Real Estate Consultancy firm with Head office located in Ikoyi, Lagos, has an urgent vacancy for:

Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Qualification/Experience (Minimum)

• HND or B.Sc (Engineering, Estate Mgt or Facilities Mgt & Masters an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5-7years relevant supervisory experience in Facilities Management
• Must be a member of IFMA
• Very good written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate (Excel/Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to supervise various sites through to a timely completion.
• Very Good command of English
