Job Title:Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Laagos
Requirement/Qualification for the Position
- Minimum of BSc./HND with 3-4 years work experience preferably in Human Resource
- Good knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package
- Ability to coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
- Excellent communicator capable of building collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- Develop a HR Management system for accurate employee data, and ensure all policies are in line with current legislations
- Must have good listening skills, interviewing skills and provide basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
