Flux Logistics Limited is a member of the Superflux Group involved in comprehensive Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions including Strategic Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse Management for a variety of multinational organizations. Due to business expansion, the company is seeking qualified candidates to fill key positions within the organization.

Job Title: General Manager (Operations)

Job Location: Any City in Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of multiple site Third Party Logistics operations, ensuring customer value, service delivery, cost efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and execute comprehensive and integrated plans including project scope, budget, resources. timelines. quality and risk for the successful delivery of 3PL offerings.
• Manage the budget, Profit & Loss functions of operational activities.
• Foster a LEAN OPERATIONAL culture driving continuous improvement while maintaining high safety standard at various sites.

Qualification:

• Qualified candidates should have at least 15 years management experience in a high volume, fast paced 3PL warehousing and transportation environment.
• Bachelors' Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related operations discipline preferred, Masters degree or relevant certifications will also be an advantage.
• Critical thinking; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules.
• Good knowledge of robust Warehouse Management Systems and operations
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Visio and Access.
