A reputable Taxi company in Lagos requires the services of an Account/ Revenue Assurance.


JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR ACCOUNT/ REVENUE ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

• Resolve issues pertaining to revenue and data adequacy and integrity (Daily Meter Summary, Speed Millage, / Remittance details.
• Carry out periodic reconciliation status of rate plans configured in meter billing system.
• Responsible for the accuracy and timely take up company revenue.
• Prepared revenue analysis of all remittance vis-a-vis speed millage and actual funds.
• Review and validates correctness of remittance reported by quality control manager, fleet supervisor, account collection and sales group.
• Responsible for the monthly bad debts analysis.
• Responsible for managing and coordinating the identification, quantification and reporting of revenue leakages across the organization.
• Responsible for the documentation and maintenance of the end-to-end revenue process maps and cross-functional processes to resolve revenue assurance issues; identifying operational and financial risks relating to chips, meter billing and other associated system processes; providing assurance to revenue reported at the end of the month.
• Other related assignments that may be assigned by immediate Head and Supervisors.

REQUIREMENT

• Strong analytical skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach is necessary.
• B.Sc in accounting or other related fields.
