ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
• Good 1st degree in Social Science,Arts and Humanities.
• Professional qualifications –CIPM,CIPD etc an advantage
• M.Sc/MBA an added advantage.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENT
• Minimum of 8years cognate experiencein HR.
• Understanding of relevant labour law
• Must be between 40 -45years of age.
• Ability to start a new departmentfrom scratch

TRAINING ASSISTANT
